Poet & Art Historian
Leah Brand is an art historian and poet based in Brooklyn, NY. She was the recipient of the Fall 2023 Fellowship from Brooklyn Poets, where her focus was the ekphrastic form, and attended the 2025 Bread Loaf Writers' Conference as a Katharine Bakeless Nason Participant Scholar in Poetry. Her work has been published in The Georgia Review, The Florida Review, and Oxford Poetry, and is forthcoming in Narrative Magazine. She was awarded second place in the Narrative Magazine 18th Annual Poetry Contest.
